I love to be in the water. I'm not very good with swimming yet, but it is always a lot of fun. I'm even getting my face wet and going under some times!
Recently Mommy took me to a birthday party at a water park. At first I had some anxiety with the jets and anything on the ground of the pool, but then I found my happy place. My happy place is this perfect little side-by-side orange slide. Best thing ever!

Here is a special picture with Mommy. We had fun.
Since Mommy saw how much fun I had, she wanted to take Hannah to a water park too. So she did and we went together to a different one!
First we started on the little baby slide. It was a good warm-up.
Next Hannah ran over and tried this green slide. It took me quite a while before I was willing to try. It's part of this giant contraption where a huge bucketload of water drops down every so often. We would try to go before the water started up again, so timing was really key. Hannah loved this slide, and eventually I did too.

This shows you the giant contraption. The green slide is on the left. You can see the giant yellow ball on top. That's where the flood originates every minute or so.
Next it was time to tackle the big daddy blue slide. Hannah just ran up there and did it without giving it much thought. I was much more contemplative about the whole thing.
And there she goes.
After much thoughtfulness, I very reluctantly decided to try the blue slide.

So all in all, we had a total blast, and I haven't even told you about the awesome lazy river! Mommy is planning to take us back again soon, and I am working so hard to conquer my fear of water jets!
